What is in your CBD bottle?

Here's a guide on buying CBD oil and how to read the label. I wanted it to be 5 minutes, but at least it's under 20 minutes! Info and websites were just too good to pare down.

Good rule of thumb to know how much CBD is in the bottle you're buying is take the millegrams and divide it by the milleliters.

500 mg divided by 30 ml = about 17 mg of CBD per serving.

But, play close attention to serving size.

And for goodness sakes, don't buy CBD from gas stations or big online/box stores. You never know what you're getting! Look for trusted sources online or ask your natural food store owners. If you don't watch the video make sure your product or their website tells you how much CBD per serving is in the bottle. "Hemp Extract or Hemp Oil" can be used willy nilly.

Be well,

Deborah
